Altium’s new Cambridge Science Park premises showcased at BCO Next Gen event
Altium’s impressive new premises at Cambridge Science Park were the destination for a BCO (British Council for Offices) Next Gen showaround hosted by design and fit-out specialist COEL.
The global software company, headquartered in San Diego, rapidly outgrew its previous Bradfield Centre site but was keen to stay on the park.
COEL provided a full turnkey service including storage, commercial relocation, design, fit-out and furniture and it showcase the work for the BCO Next Gen group of professional under 35 working in commercial property.
Lawrence Gercke, associate partner at Carter Jonas, spoke about finding the perfect premises while Ollie Lewis, sales manager at COEL, explained the logistics and COEL designer Anna Reeve highlighted key elements she prioritised including brand consistency, sustainability, social space and secluded areas and biophilia.
Keily Higgins, office manager, EMEA at Altium UK, said: “We could not be happier with the space that COEL has delivered to us. We are delighted with our new office, it is being used and enjoyed exactly as we had hoped.”
