Ashtons Legal expands its business client group

Ashtons Legal has announced a number of significant hires as it expands its business client group.

Over the last four months, it has welcomed one new partner, two senior associates, three associates and two solicitors to the dispute resolution, agriculture and estates and commercial property teams.

Kirsteen Durrant, Ashtons’ newest partner, joins the property dispute resolution team along with new associate Jasdeep Rai and solicitor Sheree Richardson.

The dispute resolution team has also been bolstered by senior associates Katie Emerson and Ina Beurich and associate Gino Ballestracci.

Associate Fenella Eddell has joined the agriculture and estates team and solicitor Ian Hylton has brought his expertise to the firm’s commercial property team.

Ashtons’ business client group, a growth area, makes up a third of the whole firm and was praised in Legal 500 as a “diligent, helpful team, for which nothing is too much trouble”.
