As well as creating award-winning impact for our clients, we also run a successful and highly respected initiative #21toWatch. The annual campaign and event that celebrates the lesser-known people, companies and the things they create. Many on our list (not just the Top21!) have gone on to achieve great things, including Porotech, Satavia, Riverlane, Cambridge Gan Devices, DioSynVax and Flusso.

Working with energetic people and businesses keeps us busy, but we carve out time to work on pro bono projects. Our ‘pay-it-forward’ ethos gives us a huge sense of fulfilment, and we get to work on exciting projects. We run Cambridge Tech Podcast, of which founder Faye Holland is a co-host, and as a team we are proud to be supporting the Cambridge United Women’s team this season.

Managing Director

• Exponential growth of the company requires an experienced director to take on the operations, growth and future direction of the company.

Marketing Account Manager (2)

• Managing a retained client portfolio, our marketing account managers build and maintain relationships with startup and high-growth businesses. You will be responsible for all elements of execution whether it’s increasing awareness, engaging customers, or attracting investors.
• Ideally suited to someone who has worked in an inhouse marketing function, or with media experience.

Marketing Executive

• This role supports our marketing account managers working directly on client project work. Our clients cover all technology areas so it requires an agile and interested mindset.

• Our office is extremely busy so this role will be to assist diaries including our busy monthly comms clinics, plus admin support such as finance and payroll

• All our placements work on active campaigns including our pro-bono work, and benefit from helping them to be work-ready.
