CWTEC set to look at AI for critical systems




The one-day Cambridge Wireless Technical Engineering Conference (CWTEC) includes a deep dive into ‘Engineering AI for Critical Systems’ with four sessions.

The introductory session is conducted by Cambridge Wireless CEO Michaela Eschbach, with a keynote by Cambridge University’s Professor Amanda Prorok titled: ‘Learning to Communicate, Cooperate, and Coordinate in Multi-Robot Systems’.

Session 2, ‘Applications of AI in Critical Industries’, chaired by Paul O’Brien, features speakers from BT and CGI

Session 3, ‘AI Engineering Challenges’, chaired by Peter Whale, founder and CEO at Vision Formers, has guests including Bob Oates, associate director at Cambridge Consultants.

Session 4, ‘What does the future of AI look like?’, chaired by Julia Gwilt, partner at Appleyard Lees, includes speaker Dr Jade Hind, senior consultant, Space, Defence and Intelligence at CGI.
