Founded in Cambridge in 1999, Redgate Software offers a full portfolio of solutions which enable businesses to include the database in advanced software development practices like DevOps. We now have nearly 500 people based in offices across Europe, the US, and Australia, and we’re not done yet.

Every role offers hybrid working
Achieving a real work-life balance has never been more important and Redgate has adopted a flexible-hybrid model. Our people work with a blend of remote (home) and co-located (office) work, with teams having the flexibility to decide which location best suits the outcomes they need to deliver.
A weekly visit to the office is likely for most people to support our collaborative culture, though less frequent visits may also work well. So, if you’re able to travel to and from the office safely in a day, that works well for us.
