Serendipity Labs workspace at One Cambridge Square is open
A new Serendipity Labs workspace has opened at One Cambridge Square, with 12,000 sq ft of Grade-A space across two floors at the new BREAM Excellent building which boasts best-in-class sustainability credentials and is yards from Cambridge North Station.
Serendipity Labs is a US franchise exclusively operated in the UK and Europe by NewFlex, a provider of branded workplace solutions in the UK.
Founded in 2011, Serendipity Labs operates a network of upscale, hospitality-infused workplaces offering shared and dedicated workspaces, meeting venues and work lounges in more than 35 locations in 20 markets across the United States. Serendipity Labs’ first UK workspace opened in Manchester in November 2022.
The upscale US workspace brand has launched Serendipity Labs Cambridge North with a spectrum of contemporary space options, including private offices, dedicated desks, team rooms, and flexible co-working and drop-in plans. The location also offers modern and spacious event and meeting room facilities for up to 150 people.#
All these choices are complemented by the presence of an on-site hospitality team. Additionally, the facility offers convenient amenities such as on-site shower and changing facilities, basement parking, and secure cycle storage.
Like all Serendipity Labs spaces, users of Serendipity Labs Cambridge North can benefit from access to work lounges, the Lab Café, focus rooms, and wellness spaces, a seamless online booking app, and complimentary access to networking events for the Serendipity Labs community both within the UK and Internationally.
