GCSE results 2019: Bottisham Village College
At Bottisham Village College, pupils have again achieved excellent GCSE results, with an overwhelming majority moving to their chosen post-16 placement of choice.
With a third of all results being at grade 7-9 (A/A* equivalent) and the average grade being in excess of a 'good' pass, it has been a year to remember for these pupils.
Significantly, 86 per cent of pupils achieved a pass in English with 72 per cent of pupils securing a pass in both English and maths.
Jenny Rankine, principal of Bottisham Village College, said: “As a truly comprehensive college, I am delighted with the results from all of our pupils.
"A huge thank you to parents, governors and staff for all their support and hard work.”
