Strictly Come Dancing judge Dame Darcey Bussell has enjoyed a dance career spanning more than 30 years.
And on Tuesday (November 27), visitors were invited to hear all about it at An Evening with Darcey Bussell hosted by Toppings at Ely Cathedral in celebration of her book, Darcey Bussell: Evolved.
Having trained at the Royal Ballet School in London, Dame Darcey became the youngest British principal dancer at The Royal Ballet in 1989, where she remained her whole career.
More recently she has reached an even greater audience in her role as a judge on TV’s much-loved Strictly Come Dancing.
The book is filled with remarkable images of Dame Darcey including at the Olympics opening ceremony.
