Christmas at Cambridge venue promises no turkey or tipples

An alternative Christmas party without turkey or tipples will be held at The Missing Sock in Fidners Corner, Cambridge, on Saturday, December 15.
The event will feature a quick-witted comedy show from Cambridge Improv Factory, a vegan feast from streetfood firm Meatless and entertainment from DJs MissChivers, Luna Love and Paul Darking.
The Winter Wonder Christmas Party follows the success of a summer instalment and is organised by Cambridge women Suzie Young and Lisa Pollitt.
Tickets cost £25.
