Annual golf charity day will raise money for Magpas
The ONE Group’s 12th annual Lifesavers Charity Golf Day, in aid of Magpas Air Ambulance and sponsored by Barons BMW of Cambridge, will take place on Friday, June 28.
After a hugely successful event last year - which raised more than £15,000 - at Bedfordshire Golf Club, the organisers have rebooked the same venue for this year’s event, which runs from 10am-6pm.
The Lifesavers Charity Golf Day celebrated its eleventh anniversary last year and has now raised more than £93,000 for Magpas.
It is the eighth year in a row Barons Cambridge has supported Magpas Air Ambulance and the life-saving care the charity provides by road and air.
“Barons Cambridge BMW are proud to continue our support of the ONE Group and of Magpas,” said Stephanie Campin, group marketing manager at Barons BMW. “Our sponsorship of the 12th Annual Lifesavers Charity Golf Day not only strengthens our relationship with our local community, but also the invaluable work that Magpas Air Ambulance and their teams carry out in the local community.”
