Audi driver ‘left the scene’ of A10 collision at Milton that seriously injured child and three adults




Police are investigating after an Audi driver left the scene of a collision on Monday, which seriously injured three adults and a child.

An Audi A6 and a Ford Focus were in collision on the A10 at Milton, close to the turning for the Park & Ride site. The road was closed for much of the day afterwards.

The driver of the Ford Focus, a man his 60s, and three passengers - a man in his 40s, woman in her 70s and a child - were taken to hospital.

A Cambridgeshire police spokesperson said: “We were called at 12.42pm yesterday (28 August) with reports of a collision on the A10 in Milton near Butt Lane.

“Officers, paramedics and the air ambulance attended the scene of the collision, which involved an Audi and a Ford Focus.

“Four people were taken to hospital after receiving serious injuries. None of the injuries is thought to be life-threatening.

“The driver of the Audi left the scene and could not be located. An investigation is ongoing.”

The force urged the Audi driver to come forward.
