Bellway to hold part exchange weekend in Brampton, Cambridgeshire

House-hunters in Brampton will be able to find out how they can move up the property ladder with part exchange at an event in the village this weekend.

Bellway is hosting a part exchange weekend at its Brampton Gate development– a collection of three, four and five-bedroom homes, off Laws Crescent, on Saturday, May 11 and Sunday, May 12.

The sales team at Brampton Gate will be on hand throughout the weekend to offer information and advice to prospective buyers about using the part exchange scheme.

Part exchange enables purchasers to secure a new home without having to worry about selling their current property.

Those who reserve a home during the weekend will also benefit from additional incentives.

Bijal and Prakash Parmar moved from a three-bedroom home into a new four-bedroom property after using Bellway’s part exchange scheme.

Under the part exchange scheme, Bellway makes an offer on the customer’s existing home based on an independent valuation of the property.

If the offer is accepted, the buyer is then able to move into their new home without having to worry about finding a buyer for their old property.
