Cambridge and Royston men who died in A1198 collision in Cambridgeshire are named
The two people who died in a fatal collision on the A1198 in Cambridgeshire on Tuesday (December 1) have been named.
Peter King, 64, of Lichfield Road, Cambridge, and Terence Oram, 72, of Nightingale Way, Royston, both died at the scene of the crash.
It happened at about 11.35am on the A1198 between Whaddon and Bassingbourn.
The crash involved three vehicles - a beige Nissan Note, driven by Mr Oram, a black Kia Sportage, driven by Mr King, and a white Volkswagen Beetle, the driver of which was uninjured and remained at the scene.
Cambridgeshire police are appealing for witnesses to the collision and to anyone who saw the vehicles in the moments leading up to the incident.
They would also like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time with dashcam footage.
