Dramatic footage released as police arrest a Cambridge county lines drug dealer




An 18-year-old drug dealer who ran a criminal enterprise supplying crack cocaine in Cambridge has been jailed.

Police arrested Levi George in Crow Street, Essex, on March 14 after phone records revealed he had been operating the ‘Zee’ drug line between Cambridge and Essex since October 2022.

Officers found more than £3,000 in cash, mobile phones and more than £10,000 of crack cocaine and heroin.

George, of Aragon Close, Cambridge, was sentenced to three years in prison at Peterborough Crown Court on Tuesday, June 6 after pleading guilty to being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin, possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and heroin and possession of criminal property.

Detective Constable Oliver Bissill, who investigated, said: “Following an extensive investigation, George was identified and attributed to the ‘Zee’ line.

“County lines dealers prey on the vulnerabilities of others in order to run their business and make money.”
