Cambridge Half Marathon 2019: Weather forecast for runners and spectators

Some light rain and wind could greet Saucony Cambridge Half Marathon runners on Sunday morning (March 3).
There is a 40% chance of rain at 9am, as runners prepare to head to the start.
That percentage declines slightly with each hour - becoming 34% by midday.
Temperatures will be cooler than the recent warm spell - it is due to be 9 degrees Celsius at the start of the race, climbing to 12 degrees.
Wind speed is expected to be 11mph at the start, climbing to 18mph by midday. The winds will step up dramatically later in the day - reaching 42mph in the evening.
