Sedley Court in Cambridge passes national accreditation

Aldwyck Housing Group’s student accommodation in Cambridge, Sedley Court, has been granted the highest accreditation possible without any minor areas of improvement.

When the assessor from Unipol visited recently, he inspected lots of different aspects of the accommodation including safety, accommodation standard, the lettings process and maintenance.

The accreditation, which takes place every three years, is voluntary but it provides assurance to universities and their students of the standard of accommodation and service that is provided.

Kirsty Pepper, managing director at Aldwyck, said: “This is evidence of the great work our team at Sedley Court does day in day out to provide students with a safe and comfortable home from which they can reach their potential.

"Well done to all the team at Sedley Court for this fantastic achievement.”
