Dealer who ran criminal enterprise supplying drugs to Cambridge is jailed

A drug dealer who ran a criminal enterprise supplying class A drugs between London and Cambridge has been jailed.

Police raided the home of Bradley Faponle in Beechwood Avenue, Greenford, London, in January following intelligence he was operating as a county lines dealer between June 2024 and January 2025.

Officers searching his home found more than £2,000 in cash, a Rolex watch which could not be accounted for, and a mobile phone with messages linking him to running the ‘John & Tony’ drugs line.

At Cambridge Crown Court on Thursday (3 April), 38-year-old Faponle was sentenced to seven years in prison after pleading guilty to being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin and possession of criminal property.

Detective Sergeant Martyn Willis, from the Intelligence and Specialist Crime Department, said: “Through his movements and the text messages that had been sent from his phone, we were able to show that Faponle was responsible for running a criminal enterprise between London and Cambridge.

“Faponle was previously sentenced in 2019 to nine years in prison for similar offences.

“Prolific drug dealers like Faponle target vulnerable people and manage multiple drug lines for the sole purpose of financial gain. County lines bring misery to our communities in the form of drug dealing, exploitation and violence and will not be tolerated in Cambridgeshire.”
