The homebuilder also visited the primary to deliver its Stay Safe, Stay Away course – an interactive learning session for children to educate them on the industry and the dangers of playing in and around construction sites – to children from reception and Year 1.

Contracts manager Anthony Koop and site manager Alex Sgardea from Cala Homes NHC attended.

Anthony said: “It was a fantastic session, and the children were incredibly enthusiastic and engaged with Stay Safe, Stay Away – we hope they take lots away from the session.”

Sarah Jarman, executive headteacher, said: “This experience was incredibly valuable, providing our students with essential safety knowledge in a memorable and enjoyable way.”
