Elderly pedestrian seriously injured in Girton crash




A pedestrian in her 90s was left with serious injuries after a collision in Girton yesterday (Wednesday, January 25).

A grey Peugeot 3008 and the pedestrian were involved in a collision in St Vincent’s Close at about 10.20am.

The pedestrian, a woman in her 90s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

The driver of the Peugeot, a man in his 70s, remained at the scene and is assisting officers with their enquiries.
