H&M Home store has opened its doors at The Grafton
It's the Swedish brand's first Home store in Cambridgeshire, taking over the vacant BHS unit.
H&M hosted a series of activities, this week to celebrate its new Home store opening at The Grafton.
Throughout Monday morning, December 4, a DJ, a dancing flash mob, goody bags and balloons entertained visitors. Once the store opened, visitors were given the chance to personalise their purchases and have them embroidered with their own designs.
John O’Shea, Centre Manager for The Grafton, said: “The atmosphere at The Grafton yesterday was amazing as crowds of visitors queued ahead of H&M Home opening. The H&M team provided fantastic entertainment for those waiting and the new store is hugely impressive. We have already received really positive feedback from our shoppers. We look forward to welcoming many new visitors to The Grafton in the coming weeks.”
Located in Great Court, H&M Home follows the recent relocation of the mens, womens and kidswear fashion collections to the neighbouring unit, the ground floor of the former BHS store. The brand has expanded at The Grafton by 60 per cent.
The Grafton is undergoing a £28million refurbishment.
