Macmillan Coffee Mornings held across Cambridgeshire




The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning, Macmillan Cancer Support’s largest annual fundraising event, was celebrated in Cambridgeshire on Friday (September 27).

Coffee mornings were held all over the county, including at the Marshall Group, the Cambridge Central Mosque and Crest Nicholson’s Halo development on Long Road.

Annette Cole, sales and marketing director at Crest Nicholson Eastern, said: “The work Macmillan does has touched the hearts of many of the Crest Nicholson team and their families, so we’re very proud to be supporting the charity for the fifth year in a row.”

Crest Nicholson Eastern raised £650 while Marshall – holding its 23rd coffee morning – raised more than £5,000. Cambridge Central Mosque raised just over £3,000.
