Motorcyclist, 49, seriously injured in Longstanton crash

A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in a collision in Longstanton yesterday (Wednesday, February 15).

A red Honda motorbike, a red Mercedes CLA and a blue Fiat Panda were involved in the collision on the B1010 at Longstanton at about 12.45pm.

The motorcyclist, a woman aged 49, was taken to hospital with serious but not life threatening injuries.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or the manner of driving of either vehicle prior to the collision.
