Taylor Wimpey to open new showhome at Varsity Grange in Northstowe

Taylor Wimpey East Anglia is inviting house hunters to its new ‘Belbury’ showhome launch event tomorrow (Saturday, January 26) at its Varsity Grange development, situated in the new community of Northstowe in Cambridgeshire.

The three-story Belbury provides flexible lifestyle options to suit modern families. The ground floor features a contemporary kitchen and a light and airy lounge/dining room, with French doors leading to a private rear garden.

Upstairs is a large flexible room, complete with a Juliet balcony, which is showcased as a family room in the new showhome, but could also be used as a bedroom. A spacious hallway, which could be used as a study area, leads on to a single bedroom and main family bathroom to complete the first floor. A master bedroom with en-suite facilities, a double bedroom and shower room are located on the top floor.

Caroline Carter, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey East Anglia, said: “Northstowe is very much a community-led part of Cambridgeshire, and this is reflected through our new Belbury showhome. We understand that it is important for people to visualise themselves in a new home before they commit to buying one, and we are looking forward to opening our showhome to give home hunters the opportunity to really picture themselves living in a townhouse at Varsity Grange.

“We look forward to welcoming visitors to the launch on Saturday, January 26. Our sales executives will also be on hand to discuss the range of homes and incentives we have available here.”
