Police respond to serious incident on Jane Coston Bridge in Milton involving a young woman

Police arrived in Milton to deal with an incident on the A14 footbridge.

Police responded to a call concerning the welfare of a 19-year-old woman on the footpath over the A14 at the Milton industrial estate.

The woman is now receiving medical treatment. No one else was involved.

The helicopter was deployed as part of the incident.

Traffic was stopped and will now start moving again.
