Redrow opens the doors to show homes at King’s Meadow development
Following the launch of Redrow’s award-winning Heritage Collection homes at King’s Meadow in Ely, the housebuilder is opening the doors to two show homes this Saturday (March 2).
At King’s Meadow, Redrow is delivering 200 new homes in a landscape-led development nestled on the edge of the Fens and moments from Ely city centre.
Prospective buyers will have the opportunity to look around two four-bedroom homes, The Cambridge and The Grantham, and see the quality and finish of a Redrow home first-hand.
Redrow’s Heritage Collection homes are inspired by the 1930s Arts & Crafts movement, featuring traditional porches, large bay windows and hipped roofs.
The four-bedroom Cambridge, available from £489,995, offers an open-plan kitchen/dining/family area that leads out into the garden, while a separate lounge provides a peaceful haven.
Upstairs, four bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, complete this family home.
The Grantham, a three-storey terraced home, provides homeowners with a sitting room that opens out into the garden and a kitchen/dining room.
The kitchens in Redrow’s Heritage Collection have been designed as the hub of the home and are beautifully finished with high-quality appliances, fixtures and fittings.
The Grantham has four bedrooms set across the first and second floor, with the second floor solely dedicated to a master suite.
Kerry McCoubrey, sales director at Redrow Eastern, said: "Our King’s Meadow development is in a fantastic location in the cathedral city of Ely.
"Opening our show homes is a great opportunity to show interested buyers the quality and finish of a Redrow home first-hand. Both of the four-bedroom homes launching on March 2 are classic examples of our Heritage Collection homes and perfect for families.”
Redrow is also offering their Help to Sell scheme to existing homeowners, helping to make their move easier by setting up buyers with up to three estate agents – tripling the chances of making a sale and ensuring buyers don’t miss out on their dream home.
The initiative is aimed at simplifying the selling process for those leaving an old home behind, with the housebuilder arranging two or three appraisals of the former property while also handling all marketing activity to help sell homes quickly and easy.
The scheme is open to all buyers, no matter whether they are moving up or down the property ladder, and at no extra cost. It can also be used by existing homeowners alongside the government-backed Help to Buy scheme.
Unlike most rural locations, King’s Meadow benefits from close proximity to a range of education facilities with Ofsted rated ‘good’ Spring Meadow Nursery providing facilities for the younger generation, while Ely College in the city centre accommodates older students.
The homes at King’s Meadow start at £399,995 and can also be purchased using Help to Buy. For a limited time and on selected plots, Redrow is offering stamp duty paid. To find out more about the available homes, visit redrow.co.uk/kings-meadow or call 01353 383244.
