Sponsored sleep out at Abbey Stadium raises £25,000

A charity sleep out for Wintercomfort for the Homeless and Cambridge United Community Trust has raised almost £25,000.

The two organisations held the event on Friday (February 10) which saw 129 people braving the cold overnight at the Abbey Stadium in Cambridge.

Wintercomfort supports homeless people in Cambridge and the Cambridge United Community Trust aims to “empower our community and change lives”.
