Thousands of runners took part in the annual event on Sunday.
Thousands of runners took to the streets today for this year’s Saucony Cambridge Half Marathon.
Up to 9,000 people braved the wet weather to tackle the 13.1-mile course which led runners around the city centre, before heading through Trumpington and Grantchester and finishing on Midsummer Common.
The race began at 9.30am with the mayor starting the annual event, which is in its sixth year.
One Step Beyond event management organised the course and has done so since it started in 2012.
