Three-year-old girl dies after car comes off the A14 and hits a tree




A three-year-old girl has died after a collision on the A14 at Bar Hill.

Ada Louise Margaret Bovair, from Bluntisham, was travelling in a Volvo XC60 with her mother and father when the crash happened at just before 11am on Sunday, August 28, on the westbound carriageway.

The vehicle left the road and struck a tree, and Ada suffered serious injuries. She died on the afternoon of Friday, September 2.

Her mother, who was driving, remains in hospital in a critical but stable condition.

Her father, who was a front seat passenger, has serious but not life-threatening injuries.
