Wimpole Estate to close due to severe weather warning

The Wimpole Estate will be closed tomorrow (Saturday, August 10) due to a Met Office severe weather warning of very high winds.

The closure also means that the weekly Wimpole Estate parkrun, which takes place every Saturday at 9am, is off.

In a tweet, the Estate said it anticipates that they will open as normal on Sunday and that the open-air theatre will go ahead as planned.
