Yellow weather warning for the East of England

Strong winds may cause disruption in the region today (Tuesday, January 14) and tomorrow (Wednesday, January 15).
The Met Office is warning that southwesterly winds with gusts of up to 40 to 50 mph may result in some bus and train services being affected, with some journeys taking longer.
There might also be some short-term loss of power and other services.
Heavy rain may be an additional hazard in places. Caution is advised.
