Cambridgeshire County Cricket Club announce fixture list for spring and summer 2021
Cambridgeshire have set out a schedule of fixtures for the forthcoming season.
The county cricket club have outlined 12 matches across the three different formats of the game.
They are hoping to get under way in the T20 format on April 18 against Lincolnshire at Wisbech. That would be followed by games against Norfolk at Horsford (April 25), Hertfordshire at Exning (May 2) and Suffolk at Ipswich School (May 9).
Next up will be the 50-over version of the game, starting at Bishop’s Stortford against Hertfordshire on May 30, followed by clashes with Suffolk (May 31), Lincolnshire at Grantham on June 27 and Norfolk at Peterborough on July 4.
The final set of matches will be in the three-day county championship.
Cambs will take on Suffolk at Bury St Edmunds from July 11 to 13, Lincolnshire at March from August 1 to 3, Staffordshire at Longton from August 15 to 17 and Norfolk at Wisbech from August 22 to 24.
Meanwhile, the Cambridgeshire Cricket Board have announced that Max Holden, Michael Pepper, Ben Seabrook and Andy Laws will become mentors for the Emerging Players Programme, supporting the current cohort through their EPP journey during the next 12 months
