Cambridge and Oxford Univeristy Boat Clubs learn the date for next year’s Boat Races on the River Thames

The date for next year’s two Gemini Boat Races has been confirmed.

The 2022 instalment of the famous races, which took place late last month, proved to be a memorable occasion for Cambridge University Boat Club as they secured a clean sweep with victories in the men’s and women’s fixtures – as well as triumphing in both reserve meetings.

And they will hope to repeat that success next year when they once again lock horns with their Oxford counterparts on Saturday, March 30.

Both races will start in Putney before the boats work their way a shade more than four miles down the River Thames to Mortlake.
