Frankie Webb earned two gold medals at the Swim England East Region Age Group diving championships.

The Cambridge Dive Team member was one of eight competitors from the club bidding to qualify for the national age group championships.

Webb was taking part in the group B 14 to 15-year event, along with Zara Wray, and won gold on the 3m and the platform. She also won a bronze medal on the 1m, producing fantastic scores across the event and a personal best.

Dominic Jaunzens produced a top display to win three medals; a silver and a bronze, and then some brilliant dives on the platform to earn another gold for Cambridge.

Elora Graham was in action in the group A 16+ event, and consistent scores on all three disciplines saw her win a silver and a bronze.

Catherine Lopez grabbed the final medal, and Cambridge’s ninth, in the group C 12 to 13-year event, winning silver in a tough category through some great dives.

Malaika Graham and Isabella Given also took part in the category, with Given diving well in the 1m event to narrowly miss out on a medal by just under two points.

Albie Vaughan just missed out on medals in the group C boys’ event, diving consistently to finish fourth on all three boards.
