Impington International College duo earn England Colleges call-ups




Impington International College has been celebrating the news that two of its students have been selected to represent England.

For the second year in succession, Kate Beytell has made the cut to be part of the Association of Colleges Sport England Colleges Women’s hockey squad.

And she has been joined in earning international recognition by fellow student Nicole Quinton, who will turn out for England in the English Colleges Football Association (ECFA) 22/23 national women’s squad for their upcoming fixtures.

Alongside her academic studies, Quinton also trains as part of Norwich City’s regional development programme.

Impington International College’s assistant principal and head of sixth form Leanne Gibbons said: “We are all so proud of Nicole’s and Kate’s achievements.

“It has been a joy to witness them develop their sporting skills during their time at the College.

“Their success at a national level is a testament to their hard work and commitment in training.

“Everyone at the college will be cheering them both on during their upcoming matches.”
