Oliver Jarvis will race again for United Autosports in next season’s European Le Mans Series (ELMS) LMP2 Pro/Am class
Oliver Jarvis has struck a deal to remain part of the United Autosports set-up for next year’s European Le Mans Series (ELMS) LMP2 Pro/Am class.
Having raced for the same team last year, the former King’s Ely School pupil is one of three drivers along with Daniel Schneider and Marino Sato that will do battle in 2025.
Burwell-raised Jarvis said: “It’s great to be back with United Autosports and Daniel for another season.
“We made good progress last year, even though the results didn’t always show at times.
“The aim for 2025 is scoring more podiums, winning races and fighting for the championship. And having seen Daniel’s progression in 2024, I know he’s more than capable of that.
“Together with Marino Sato, who I’ve worked with before and is extremely quick, I think we make a very strong team.”
Last season, Jarvis and Schneider were both part of a United Autosports outfit that celebrated on the ELMS podium at the 4 Hours of Le Castellet and narrowly missed out on a second podium finish in Italy, eventually taking fourth position in the 4 Hours of Mugello.
Richard Dean, United Autosports CEO, added: “The European Le Mans Series gets tougher and more exciting every year and with our LMP2 Pro/Am line-up, I am confident that we will be fighting at the front in 2025.
“Daniel has established himself as a confident, consistent racing driver in a very competitive LMP2 field.
“His development has been clear to see since taking the step up to the ELMS two years ago.
“Together with the combined skill and knowledge of Olly and Marino Sato, 2025 is set to be a successful season.”
The opening race of the 2025 campaign will take place on the weekend of 6 April in Barcelona.
