Cambridge City Hockey Club's Women's first team hit by late sucker punch at Barnes

Cambridge City were cruelly denied a share of the spoils from their trip to Vitality England Hockey Division 1 South leaders Barnes at the weekend.

City, who had won for the first time this season last time out, dominated much of the game and created the better of the chances against the title contenders.

However, having seen those go begging they then conceded from a penalty corner with less than 60 seconds remaining as the ball was scrambled in from close range.
