Epic Star Wars battles, a Lego marble run, a snow-covered Christmas village and Santa on his sleigh were all rendered in Lego at the spectacular Ely Brick Show Christmas Special.
Held on Saturday (7 December) at The Lantern Community Primary School in Ely, it was the second event of its type this year, following one in August.

Duncan Bridges, the festival’s chief coordinator, said that the event began in 2019 and was also held in 2022 and 2023.
About £2.500 was raised for the Lantern School, with a portion also going to Ely Foodbank.

Duncan added: “We had about 600 people. We had a very successful raffle with 18 prizes and we had Santa’s Grotto, which was very popular.
“We had a Robot Wars competition, which was well-attended by the public and they were very supportive and very rowdy!
