John Lewis upcycles materials to make Cambridge Folk Festival art




Eight members of the visual merchandising team at the Cambridge branch of John Lewis & Partners, led by Phillippa Vickers, have created artworks for this year’s Cambridge Folk Festival, upcycling material used by the festival in previous years.

The works are scattered around the site at Cherry Hinton Hall. The festival started yesterday (Thursday, July 27) and runs until Sunday (July 30).

Artists appearing this year include The Proclaimers, Angélique Kidjo, Rufus Wainwright, Judy Collins, Arrested Development, Kiefer Sutherland, William Prince, Gentleman's Dub Club, and Imelda May.
