It’s a dynamic space, with constantly changing exhibits and a state of the art digital gallery.
The area beneath the main exhibition space has been transformed into a photography gallery and there is also an interactive touch-screen information point.
The Gallery has an open call policy for exhibitions, so you can visit fairly regularly and still expect to see something completely different that you wouldn’t necessarily see in other galleries.
The main Anglia Ruskin University building in right in the middle of Cambridge, just off Parker’s Piece, so it’s a great stop on a day in the city, but it’s also just around the corner from the independent retailers on Mill Road. If you’ve done Trumpington Street and the old Cambridge University buildings then this is a great alternative to look at a different side of Cambridge culture.
