An impressive selection of surprise special guests also took to the stage, including former N-Dubz star Dappy (who got in the crowd), Ms Banks, Belly Squad, and Unknown T, to name a few.

There was a great selection of female talent on the bill, with garage legends Ms Dynamite, Shola Ama and Sweet Female Attitude each delivering energetic performances - plus singer songwriter Mahalia and headliner Stefflon Don.

Love Island star Josh Denzel was the host on the main stage.

Chris Jammer - who starred in E4’s Shipwrecked show earlier this year - is one of the festival co-founders, and his co-stars Joshua Christie, Troy Cooke, Hollie Hobin, Kush Khana and Leah Holly were all in attendance.

Strawberries & Creem reflects a fresh, millennial audience that have been at the heart of the grime and garage rebirth over the last six years.

The festival has become renowned for its feel-good atmosphere and support of UK talent, with its tagline: ‘Celebrate Heritage, Champion Future’ a great reflection of this.

Liberty Spinks, Strawberries & Creem press manager, said: “It was fab. I think it rained a little bit during the day, but not really like anything we’ve been having over the last few weeks.

"So, all in all, a really good day.”
