A selection of Cambridge’s patrons of the arts have been brought together to provide prizes and further awards for the 12 winning artists. Prizes from the Cambridge patrons include:

  • The Mayor’s Choice Award - Selected by the Mayor of Cambridge, Cllr Russ McPherson. The 2019 winner was artist Sonia Villiers.
  • The Graduate Cambridge Hotel Art Award - Be one of the first to experience Graduate Cambridge with a bottle of champagne, overnight stay and breakfast for two.
  • The Scudamore’s Art Award - Enjoy a private chauffeured champagne river tour for up to six people.

The contest supports the charities Arts and Minds and Arts for Dementia UK. Further causes include the mayor’s chosen charities, with donations from every entry and 20 per cent from the sale of the winning artworks.
