Stem & Glory launches crowdfunder for recipe book featuring five years of best-sellers

Stem & Glory has launched a crowdfunder for its first recipe book.

The Cambridge restaurant business has raised more than £3,500 towards its £5,000 target so far.

Titled Gloriously Plant-Based it contains recipes from its best-selling recipes over the last five years.

Those donating at crowdfunder.co.uk/p/stemandglory benefit from rewards in return.

Donate £23 or more and you’ll secure a hardback copy of the book, while £40 will get you two books and £85 or more is enough for a book and a three-course meal for two.

The book features five sections - Starters and dips, mains, desserts and cakes, pickles and ferments and on the side, with recipes exactly as used in Stem & Glory’s restaurants.
