Fitzbillies
Fitzbillies is a 100-year-old bakery and café with two branches: the original in Trumpington Street and a smaller branch in Bridge Street. Both sell a huge variety of cakes, bread and of course the famous, ultra-sticky Chelsea buns, along with artisan coffee, ice cream and cold drinks. Fitzbillies coffee beans are selected and roasted by Caravan Coffee Roasters. The signature blend is from seasonally selected smallholder co-operatives sourced from Central and South America - always fresh crop and ethically sourced to provide a fair return to the producers.
