Enjoy a flam-kuche from Cambridge restaurant Amelie this Valentine's Day

Spice up your lockdown Valentine's Day with an Amelie flam-kuche flatpack, the fast food that may look like skinny pizza but tastes different.

This yeast-free, thin crispy base is spread with crème fraiche and various topping combinations that stay fresh and full of flavour as it cooks in only a matter of minutes.

Flavours include beef short rib slowly cooked in honey and chilli, mushroom with mozzarella and pesto or goats cheese with beetroot and pine nuts.

To complete the meal, Alex Crepy, owner of Amelie, is recommending a bottle of Terre di Giulio, the award-winning extra dry Prosecco.

The unique flam-kuche flatpack is simple to create and contains the right amount of ingredients, chopped and ready to spread on the bases. The pack includes step-by-step instructions.

Specific diets and allergies are catered for, and there is a choice of seven different flavours, all from £16.95.
