Histon Beer Festival 2024 to feature 60 cask ales, food and live music

Histon Beer Festival will take place at the Red Lion pub, in High Street, from Monday 2 September to Saturday, 7 September.

Open from noon-11pm each day, it will feature about 60 cask ales, an extensive cider and perry collection and live music.

Six bands will play throughout the day on 7 September.

Authentic Thai cuisine will be provided by Sam’s Thai Kitchen, with pizza and barbecue food from the pub and Scotch eggs and sausage rolls from The Chop Shop.

The 2023 festival raised £15,500 for charity, taking the total raised over 23 festivals since 1997 to more than £100,000.

You will need to buy a commemorative festival glass, which costs £3, but you can keep it and bring it back if you revisit. And entry costs £3 between 5-11pm.
